Minutiae: Peep show
For the fourth year running, The Washington Post is hosting its Peep diorama contest. For those who may not know what Peeps are, you likely are not American because these little guys are nearly unavoidable each time March rolls around (or knowing how our commercial culture operates, January). For those who do not know what dioramas are, you clearly did not sit through the same fifth grade science class that I did.
Michael Chirlin and Veronica Ettle of Arlington constructed a tiny house which floats from a balloon of marshmallow bunnies, a la the movie ‘Up’. Just one of the many delights available for your viewing pleasure, here. This is an exhibit not to be missed in the lead-up to Easter. Enjoy and vote for your favourite!
